5. Tournament / Event Registration

Registration for an event organised through the LaserLiga.cz website may require filling in additional information about the players, such as their name, phone number, year of birth and possibly contact information for a legal representative. The organisation responsible for the event (arena) will determine individual data requirements. The event organiser (arena) has access to the data filled in the application and can use it primarily for communication with the players. Please note that each arena acts as a separate controller of personal data. Event organisers may have personal data processing policies that are not controlled by the LaserLiga.cz website. We recommend that users read the privacy policy of the specific arena before registering for the tournament.

6. Photos and their processing

LaserLiga allows arenas to upload player photos to game results. Photos are taken and managed by arenas. By default, images are not publicly accessible; users can only access them with a unique link (which arenas send via LaserLiga to an email) or by registered players who have participated in the relevant game.

Photos are stored in the cloud storage of the European provider Scaleway.

Users with access to the photos can download, request removal or publish them. If published, the photos will be displayed to all visitors viewing the game results, but they cannot download, request removal or change their visibility.

Photos taken by the arena but not assigned to a game will be removed after one week; photos assigned to a game will be automatically removed typically after 2 months.
